RESTAURANT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver superior guest experiences, whilst ensuring excellent standard of service are maintained and ensuring excellent standards of service are maintained and ensuring guests satisfactions.
  • To be responsible for the total management of the restaurant business in order to achieve and maintain high standards of Product Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
  • Ensure that Health & Safety and Food safety working practices are adhered to at all times.
  • Keep regular contact with guests to obtain feedback on service, product quality and staff friendliness.
  • Make each and every Guest "HAPPY" and give them a reason to return.
  • To be a leader and is passionate and get the team to deliver the company mission.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-years of experience in a similar capacity in a leading QSR/Hotel/Restaurant.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
  • Age below 45.
