IT Support Officer
Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Mannar, Mullaitivu, Colombo
Rajida Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading software solutions provider for Cooperative Banks and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
We are currently seeking skilled IT Support Officers to provide on-site technical support for Rajida Banking Software at our client organizations located in Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Mannar, Mullaitivu, and Colombo.
Specific Duties for IT Support Officer
- Deliver consistent technical support to clients for the effective operation of the COOP MIS Banking System.
- Plan and coordinate with client organizations for periodic system updates and the implementation of add-on features.
- Promptly coordinate with the head office technical team to address and resolve clients’ special issues.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients’ staff, ensuring effective use of system features and functionalities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills in Tamil.
- Customer handling skills in English and Sinhala are a value-added advantage.
- Technically proficient in computer hardware, operating systems, and MS Office applications.
- Having an accounting background (accounting subjects covered at O/L or A/L level).
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a relevant field.
