Operations Coordinator – Inventory

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with outlet managers and central procurement team to record Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for both PO-based and direct purchases.
  • Record and monitor Supplier Returns centrally across all outlet GRN locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of GRNs into the system.
  • Conduct PO reconciliations and maintain proper GRN price accuracy in the ERP/POS system.
  • Perform variance analysis between PO, invoice, and received quantities/prices.
  • Liaise with outlets and central kitchen for stock movement clarifications and adjustments.
  • Be available to visit outlets when required for operational coordination and system verifications.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Part qualification in AAT or Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Accounting.
  • 1 year of work experience in a related field such as operations coordination, inventory management, procurement, or finance.
  • Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to outlets for coordination tasks.
