- Help clients buy, sell, and lease properties.
- Conduct market research and provide insights into property values.
- Negotiate deals and provide expert guidance throughout transactions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry.

- A commitment to high-quality standards and customer service.
- Flexibility to work on weekends.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
- Digital marketing expertise (such as video tours & presentation skills on digital platforms).
- Knowledge of relevant software and technology would be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of experience in the relevant field (optional).
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (optional).
- Having a driving license (Car/Bike) would be an added advantage.
