We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented individual to join as a supplier communication specialist.

About the Roll

As a supplier communication specialist, you will be a primary point of contact our suppliers in oversees ensuring clear and effective communication across all channels. You will be responsible for managing suppliers’ relationships, coordinating communicating activities and maintaining the accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and strengthening supplier and relationship.
• Facilitating communication between internal team and suppliers.
• Tracking and Managing supplier performance.
• Ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Maintain supplier’s records and documentation.
• Supporting the development and implementation of suppliers’ communication.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in Business administration or related qualification.
• Proven experience in supplier communication or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
