SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily lube service operations ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Greet and assist customers, managing service bookings and inquiries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  • Monitor service quality and support service staff to meet performance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of service jobs and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive service environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge in lubricants and vehicle servicing.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Computer literacy and experience with service management systems is a plus.
  • Age below 35 years.
