Senior Executive - Employer Branding & Engagement
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding campaigns across social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and through partnerships with universities and career fairs to raise awareness of career opportunities.
- Design and manage a monthly employee engagement calendar, independently executing activities from conception to completion, and coordinating monthly staff meetings and "Mate Talks."
- Organize and implement HR wellbeing and staff welfare initiatives, including providing support for life events (e.g., newborn bundles, condolence gifts) and conducting employee pulse checks and town hall meetings.
- Execute Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, serve as the primary contact for all related communications, promote awareness within the organization, and provide regular reporting on D&I KPIs.
- Act as a key facilitator for the ISO certification process, ensuring compliance and smooth operation.
- Assist in analyzing Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey findings, conduct focus group discussions with employees to understand requirements, and present findings and proposed action plans to the Management Committee.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in employer branding, employee engagement, and HR.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or a relevant field, or a full or part professional qualification in HRM.
- Ability to effectively use platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram for employer branding and communication.
- Strong ability to build relationships and network effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including university representatives and employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
