Job Description

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Minimum GCE O/L or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Divehi
  • Sound customer service orientation
  • Experience in MS office software
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position will be an added advantage

The Job Includes:

  • Attending to all internal and external customer inquiries through telephone and emails in adherence to set policies and standards
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and customers regarding flight plans and deviations
  • Coordinating with resorts regarding overnights for flight crew
