Required Qualifications

• G.C.E. (O/L) or G.C.E. (A/L) qualified; technical or vocational training will be an advantage.
• Preferably minimum 01 year of experience in a similar capacity and prior working experience in the agricultural/fertilizer industry will be an added advantage.
• Proximity to Mattakkuliya would be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
