Job Description

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or similar qualifications (Electrical, Mechatronics and Electrical)
• Excellent Mechanical / Mechatronics problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity (Preferably manufacturing)
• Knowledge in Electrical troubleshooting & ERP would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in lean principles and or six sigma or other problem solving methodology.
• Experience with clean room manufacturing requirements.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and ability to develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Manufacturing machinery, packing machine, extrusion machine experience is preferred.
• Practical experience using CAD software may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test and improve products and engineering processes.
• Performing regular inspections of equipment & scheduling maintenance or repairs.
• Provide leadership & clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
