Job Description
- Creates and implements company quality standards.
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, and compliance audits.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Accurate and strong attention to detail
- Good Computer Literacy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Candidates living in proximity to Katunayake area will be preferred
