Job Description

  • Creates and implements company quality standards.
  • Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.
  • Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
  • Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, system, and compliance audits.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate and strong attention to detail
  • Good Computer Literacy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Candidates living in proximity to Katunayake area will be preferred
