OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention
- Address complex technical issues escalated from first-level support, ensuring minimal downtime
- Investigate production issues and customer complaints to identify underlying causes and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer support, to resolve issues and improve processes
- Monitor system performance and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability
Job Requirements
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations or a related technical role
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with automation technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
