Trainee Sales Executive
- Professional Qualification of SLIM. (Diploma level or above qualification)
- A degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field is added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a dynamic, field-based environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take on challenges.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in Tamil Language is definite advantage.
- Age below 30 years.
Sales Representative
- Successful completion of G.C.E. Advance Level is preferable.
- 1-2 Years of proven experience in FMCG industry as Sales Representative/ Business Development officer will be added advantage.
- Strong communications skills with relationship management skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil Language is definite advantage.
- Age between 20-35 years.
Responsibilities
Trainee Sales Executive
- Support regional sales operations by assisting field teams and engaging with customers and retailers.
- Engaging analyze with sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving market coverage.
- Engage with customer relationship management and territory development.
Sales Representative
- Expand the company’s customer base while achieving assigned sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and work to minimize customer complaints.
- Visual Merchandising for the brand.
