Business Analyst - IT
Job Profile:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Business Process Modeling and Optimization
- Project Management Support
- Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management
- Change Management and Training
Candidate Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or related role, with a solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation, business process modeling/mapping, and project management methodologies
- Ability to understand complex business processes and carry out process mapping for IT applications/systems
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, database concepts, and SQL would be advantageous
- Knowledge of industry best practices, business process re-engineering, and business intelligence concepts is a plus
