OFFICE COORDINATOR
We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our fertilizer operations team within the Lankem Agro Cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks in the department including preparation of quotation and coordination with institutional customers.
- Maintain and update office records, documentation, and filing systems both digitally & physically.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal & external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence of the operations of the division.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist management and departments with regular administrative support as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in office coordination, preferably in fertilizer or agriculture operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
