Job Opportunities
Senior Accounts Executive
Requirements:
- Managing source documents to ensure proper filing, maintaining books of prime entry, preparing workings, and updating ledgers and ledger accounts, including the use of accounting systems.
- Recording all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Handling and issuing petty cash expenses while maintaining accurate records.
- Managing daily banking activities, including deposits and arranging payments.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Adhering to accounting SOPs and maintaining records to identify areas of non-compliance.
Trainee Accounts Assistant
Requirements:
- Maintaining and filing financial documents.
- Performing data entry and obtaining approvals.
- Preparation of Payment and Petty cash vouchers.
- Assisting in general accounting duties.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Partly qualified in AAT, CIMA, CA, ACCA or a related field.
- Strong knowledge in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Thorough knowledge in taxation and audits.
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry would be an added advantage.
What We're Looking For:
- Passed GCE Advanced Level Examination in Commerce Scheme.
- Willing to learn accounting procedures.
- Literacy in Computing and Communication.
- Experience in the accounts field would be an added advantage.
- Age below 22 years.
