Position Overview:
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute our comprehensive digital marketing strategy across platforms. This role demands creativity, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with real estate investors, tenants, buyers, and the broader community. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and elevate our online presence through content, automation, and digital engagement.
Core Duties:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution – Develop and manage a multi-platform strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) with consistent content scheduling and community engagement.
- Content Creation & Brand Storytelling – Produce high-quality visuals, videos, blogs, and reels, collaborating with creative teams to capture real-time content aligned with brand voice and aesthetics.
- Paid Advertising & Lead Generation – Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) and lead funnels integrated with CRM tools like Go High Level.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.), analyze ad performance, and refine campaigns for improved ROI.
- Website & SEO Optimization – Collaborate with developers to improve site structure, SEO, page performance, and build landing pages for promotions and lead capture.
- Analytics & Reporting – Deliver monthly reports on social, web, and ad metrics with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Community Engagement – Actively manage DMs, comments, and interactions to build a responsive and loyal online community.
- Market Awareness – Stay current on digital trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to inform strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing (experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a plus).
- Strong command of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and related ad managers.
- Skilled in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and CRM software like Go High Level.
- Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative direction skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and lead generation best practices.
- Ability to work on EST (US) time zones.
