We are looking for an IT Executive to join our operations in Colombo Port City, Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level (L1/L2) support for end-users through help desk operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure issues, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Configure and support ERP systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Generate and manage MIS reports as required.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring their proper functioning.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Male candidate, preferably below 30 years of age.
  • Advanced Diploma, HND, or NVQ Level 4 qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or duty-free sectors, with a focus on Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on a roster basis, including late hours and weekends when required.
  • Good communication skills in English.
