JOB PROFILE:

• Developing and executing account strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth within their assigned portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, as well as acquiring new clients.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and monitoring client satisfaction to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

• Degree or professional qualification in Sales or marketing related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in automobile industry in a similar capacity including spare parts management, automotive aftermarket sales, or off-road industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
