Executive - Customer Services - Sea Export
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Handle customer inquiries related to sea export shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, internal and external departments.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (BLs, SI, invoices, packing lists, Etc).
- Track shipments and update customers on status on regular basis.
- Resolve issues related to delays, documentation, or customs.
- Meet customer requirements and adhere to set KPI’s.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with export regulations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sea export customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
