TRAINEE JUNIOR EXECUTIVE ADMIN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing financial records, invoices, and proposals
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and company policies
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records
  • Coordinate with the top management for monthly financial reports
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained
