Position: Staff Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: DUMEEQS LANKA (PVT)LTD – JA – ELA.

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our growing team as a Staff Assistant. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative duties with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing documents, organizing files, and managing routine office tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general communication efficiently
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and internal processes
  • Provide support to management in time-bound and confidential tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L); Advanced Level (A/L) is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or administrative environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English
  • Ability to work independently with good time management skills
