OFFICER-QUALITY ASSURANCE
(PILIYANDALA / KADUGNNAWA)
CAREER PROFILE
- Conduct quality inspections on materials and finished goods at designated plants.
- Identify and report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support production teams in implementing effective quality control measures.
- Assist in training plant staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Perform regular audits on the Quality System, Processes, and Products.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Diploma or certification in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or a relevant industry role.
- Familiarity with textile, embroidery, or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
