This role involves providing essential technical support to staff, ensuring seamless operations across hardware, software, and networking environments. You will troubleshoot and maintain laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, responding promptly to support tickets to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining internal systems, servers, and backups, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
