Manager/ Assistant Manager - Sales (Freight Forwarding)

Our client is a member of a well-established diversified conglomerate in Sri Lanka.

Key Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in the field of Sales and Marketing preferably CIM or SLIM.
• 2 years experience in sales/customer service in shipping and freight forwarding.
• Secure sea and air freight and clearing business.
• Ability to offer customised bundled and value-added solutions promoting in-house capabilities.
• Identify new customers or trade lanes and develop business.
• Work with current and new agent networks for freight negotiation and business development.
• Maintain cordial relationships with carriers and agents.
