Front Office Supervisor
As a member of the Front Office Department, he/she shall be responsible for assisting with the overall management of the front office function and maintaining a high level of communication with all resort Departments.
Requirements / Qualification
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in 5-star Resort
- Must have excellent knowledge of Opera (or Fidelio) PMS, and office packages.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and highly customer orientated.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Multi-language is an added advantage. (Russian/Spanish/German)

Key Duties / Responsibilities
- To maintain the daily recap file and make a note of all occurrences, complaints, and other facts that may need the attention of the Front Office Manage and the Executive team.
- The Front Office Supervisor is to take charge of all Front Office Departments when the Front Office Manager is absent. All difficulties that may arise with the guests are the responsibility of the Front Office Supervisor.
- To be conversant with: Fire, Security Procedures, Health and Safety Policies, and Procedures, the Hotel facilities and attractions, the Hotel computer system Micro's and Opera.
- Ensure that all hotel standards are maintained during shifts in all areas
- Conduct regular walk rounds through the hotel to ensure safety and a high standard of cleanliness are maintained.
- To conduct regular guestroom inspections of vacant and VIP rooms and to adhere to VIP procedures.
