ASSOCIATE - HUMAN RESOURCES

YOU WILL,

  • Be the guardian of employee records – organize personal files like a pro and keep everything audit-ready.
  • Craft official documents – from confirmation letters to service letters, your work will speak for the company.
  • Navigate the world of compliance – handle EPF/ETF claims, loan forms, and scholarships with confidence.
  • Own the monthly rhythm – support payments and reimbursements for mobile units, fuel, insurance, and more.
  • Add style to operations – coordinate annual uniform distribution for support staff.
  • Be the go-to for vendor payments – manage transactions with key partners like Talentfort, AG Printing, and Express Water.
  • Streamline onboarding – create vendor profiles for employees, interns, and associates.
  • Support leadership – manage Director mobile bill reimbursements and advance payments.
  • Keep things compliant – ensure timely and accurate filing of T10 forms.

ARE YOU ?

  • A recent graduate in HR, Business, or a related field, ready to kickstart your career.
  • Naturally organized, detail-driven, and love keeping things in order.
  • Previous HR related experience (at least six months).
  • A strong communicator who connects well with people at all levels.
  • Comfortable with MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Discreet and dependable when handling confidential information.
