Position - 01: Senior Stores Executive
Location: Head Office (Boralasgamuwa)
Key Responsibilities
- Taking overall responsibility of availability of finished goods at three locations and update shortages
- Supervise daily warehouse operation including finished goods inventory, space management and productivity of goods issuing
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency
- Liaise with sales team and logistic team to issue finished goods on time to meet the on-time delivery
- Maintain stock accuracy at any given time
- Be up to date with the SAP ERP with regard to stocks receive and issue and stocks balance
- Provide required information and MIS report to the Management
Key Requirements
- Degree or diploma to the relevant field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English language
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Knowledge in SAP ERP system and electrical products would be a distinct advantage
- willing to travel assigned stores locations as and when required
- A male candidate age between 25 - 40 years
Position - 02: Assistant Storekeeper
Location: Head Office (Boralasgamuwa)
Key Requirements
- GCE A/L or Diploma in Stores Management from a recognized institute
- Should have a minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity at Warehouse & Inventory field
- Proficiency in MS Office package & ERP system
- Sharp time management skills
- Age between 25-35
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse, inventory movements and prepare deliveries
- Receiving dispatches and storage of inventory as per ISO standards
- Accuracy of inventory and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documents of all inventory movements
- Highly motivated and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
