Operations & HR Manager

Join a growing industry. We are a fast pace company with excellent career progression due to a high growth plan. We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & HR Manager to oversee the daily operations of our three retail outlets while managing HR functions.

This role involves coordinating staff hiring, training, and compliance while ensuring smooth showroom operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and be committed to improving customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Duties

  • Manage the recruitment process, including communicating with applicants, responding to queries, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with selected candidates.
  • Handle onboarding procedures such as fingerprint registration, signing the code of conduct, and issuing company uniforms.
  • Maintain and monitor staff attendance, leave requests, and approvals to ensure proper workforce management.
  • Plan and oversee employee engagement activities (birthdays, farewells, achievements).
  • Create and implement a structured training program to enhance customer service and staff performance.

Operational Duties

  • Develop staff rosters in coordination with supervisors.
  • Conduct biweekly visits to all outlets.
  • Oversee supply management, ensuring timely delivery of cleaning supplies, POS rolls, barcode rolls, and CC machine rolls.
  • Coordinate technical issue resolution, including PC, network, and CCTV troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations and/or HR roles, preferably in retail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting is a plus.
