NURSE
LOCATION: MAHIYANGANAYA
JOB ROLE
- Provide daily healthcare support to employees, including first aid, basic treatments, and health counseling.
- Supervise and support the HR team in maintaining hygiene standards across the premises, particularly in canteens and common areas.
- Monitor the quality of food served in the facility and perform regular food sampling.
- Assist in internal and external health-related audits and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accident records and support in incident reporting procedures.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene standards and health-related compliance is an added advantage.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Empathetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality.
