Head of Human Resources
Synergy Pharmaceuticals Corporation Private limited, located at the Bingiriya BOI Export Promotion Zone in Kurunegala District. The manufacturing plant is designed to manufacture OSD, Large & Small Volume Injectable, Oncology and Hormonal Dosage Forms is looking for an experienced, dynamic and self-motivated individual for the above post.
Qualification:
- Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
- Sound Knowledge in Labor Laws and Employee Relations
- Knowledge in HRIS and Payroll System and Office 365
- Minimum 3 years experience in Similar Capacity
- Excellent Communication skills both in English and Sinhala
- Ability to work independently
- Exposure in Manufacturing Industry will be an Advantage
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills
- Should manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, Employee relations, Performance Management, and Training & Development
