SENIOR EXECUTIVE – OPERATIONS
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Executive – Operations to support the day-to-day operational efficiency of our transport services. The role involves monitoring key performance areas such as fuel, fleet, petty cash, and passenger data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze daily reports on fuel consumption, tyre usage, and fleet mileage.
- Review vehicle maintenance trends and suggest operational improvements.
- Monitor and verify petty cash usage (PBS & SBS) and luggage income collection.
- Cross-check booking charts vs. actual passenger counts using CCTV footage.
- Implement and track cost control measures to optimize fleet operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all operational reports.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and report generation.
- Ability to monitor large data sets and identify inconsistencies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive data and finances.
