JOB SUMMARY
- The Service Excellence Manager - Water Pumps is responsible for leadingand optimizing all after-sales service operations, customer support, and fieldservice activities related to water pump systems.
- This role involves managing both internal and external service teams while ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.
- The role also includes driving continuous improvement initiativesthat align service delivery with the organization's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Manage island-wide field technicians and service centres.
- Ensure timely completion of customer complaints.
- Inter-departmental activity coordination to ensure prompt customerservice
- Motivate & retain service team members to achieve service KPIs.
- Improve and maintain service process standards.
- Demonstrate strong team leadership skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in related field.
- 3-5 years in after-sales / service (preferably in pump / industrialequipment).
- Proven leadership and team management, CRM/system proficiency.
- Multilingual skills a plus.
- Willingness to travel island-wide
