JOB SUMMARY

  • The Service Excellence Manager - Water Pumps is responsible for leadingand optimizing all after-sales service operations, customer support, and fieldservice activities related to water pump systems.
  • This role involves managing both internal and external service teams while ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and operational efficiency.
  • The role also includes driving continuous improvement initiativesthat align service delivery with the organization's strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Service and Relationship Management
  • Manage island-wide field technicians and service centres.
  • Ensure timely completion of customer complaints.
  • Inter-departmental activity coordination to ensure prompt customerservice
  • Motivate & retain service team members to achieve service KPIs.
  • Improve and maintain service process standards.
  • Demonstrate strong team leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's in related field.
  • 3-5 years in after-sales / service (preferably in pump / industrialequipment).
  • Proven leadership and team management, CRM/system proficiency.
  • Multilingual skills a plus.
  • Willingness to travel island-wide
