EXECUTIVE - TENDER OPERATIONS

MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd, over 25 years of specialized experience has pioneered in manufacturing of hospital furniture up to the international standards. We have created a revolution with GMP certification by NMRA in health industry by constantly delivering high standard, in-house manufactured products. Furthermore, MG Medicals (Pvt) Ltd is a massive importer of medical equipment, Rehabilitation aids and medical consumables.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in handling tenders
• Having experience with global tenders and handling LC matters etc.
• Ability to work with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player with good communication skills in Sinhala & English
• Outgoing personality to work independently with positive working attitude
• Possess a valid driving license is a must

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparation of tender documents and follow up with the sales managers up to awarding
• Collection of tender documents and attending for pre-bid meetings
• Bond submission, preparing bonds and liaise with bank
• Ensure that tenders and technical proposals are planned, delivered and submitted in a timely and professional manner
