Requirements:

  • Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll and compensation processes accurately and on time.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.

Job Role:

  • Age above 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the HR field, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and payroll systems.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
