JOB PROFILE
- Conduct incident review meetings, analyze root causes and maintain an effective incident reporting and tracking system to reduce clinical and operational risks.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement activities outlined in the annual plan, evaluate corrective and preventive actions and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Assist in conducting regular audits of clinical, operational and documentation processes, identify gaps and support initiatives to enhance service quality and patient safety.
- Facilitate staff engagement in quality initiatives, ensure equitable health and safety measures and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in evaluating process improvements within Lean initiatives and engage in collecting and reviewing the effectiveness of KAIZEN ideas.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health or a related field.
- 01 year of experience in a similar capacity or completion of a Graduate Trainee program in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with quality protocols, auditing procedures, compliance and control standards and Lean.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
