ABOUT THE ROLE
The Trade Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing SWISSTEK's market presence and supporting our distribution network. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of trade marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement impactful promotional campaigns and advertising strategies within the trade channel.
- Manage and monitor Point of Sale (PMOS) materials to ensure optimal visibility and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute various trade activities, including dealer meetings, roadshows, and product launches.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the distribution network and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and provide reports on ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Additional professional qualifications in marketing or business will be a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity, particularly within trade marketing, promotions, or sales support, will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
