JOB PROFILE

  • Ensure profitability of the restaurant by achieving the sales target set by Management.
  • Ensure smooth flow of the entire operations on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all the staff adhere to Delifrance Kitchen’s food quality standards and customer service standards.
  • Ensure the work safety, training and well-being of all staff in the restaurant.
  • Ensure the security of cash and company properties in the restaurant.
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the restaurant.
  • Set time-table for the staff.
  • Assist supervisor in daily operation of service department.
  • Attend customer’s complaints and requests when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age between 25-35 years.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in an international coffee brand.
  • Profit and loss accountability.
  • Competent in the service flow and procedures.
  • Knows the restaurant concept.
  • Knows the various payment methods.
  • Knows the ongoing promotions.
  • Able to manage, supervise and coach all FOH staff.
