Sales and Marketing Executive

Sisili Hanaro Encare is an environmental engineering company and leader in clinical waste management in Sri Lanka, where our services are much needed. Our philosophy also extends beyond waste management in that we consider us as part of a circular system where all material from our day-to-day lives can be applied in various processing cycles.
SISILI HANARO ENCARE (PVT) LTD
Your role will involve
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection with accurate records
- Identify potential customers and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals
- Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and onboard new clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term retention
- Collaborate on sales and marketing plans and coordinate with production teams
- Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years marketing experience in environmental services, waste management, or recycling
- CIM marketing qualification preferred
- Established customer base in related industry
- Knowledge of sustainability and material recovery processes
- Experience with digital marketing and social media
- Strong communication and organizational skills
