Manager QA - Audit & Assurance

B. R. De Silva is a member firm of “Nexia International”, delivering services including Audit & Assurance, Risk Advisory, Tax Consultancy, Human Resource Development, Business Process Outsourcing and Management Consultancy. We have been in the business for the last 71 years providing a place for developing young talent and serving the business community.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the following position, responsible for audit and assurance work as well as staff training.

Requirements:

• Member or passed finalist of CA Sri Lanka
• Minimum of 3 years of practical training at a reputed audit firm
• At least 1 year of experience at a managerial level
• A degree from a recognised university will be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka Auditing and Accounting Standards
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills in English
• A dedicated team player with strong leadership qualities
• Age below 35 years

Candidates who are currently at the Strategic Level of the CA examination will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
