HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING – LEASING (COLOMBO)

FOR OUR CLIENT!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive revenue growth, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Lead the team to high performance in achieving business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and financial institutions
• Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Implement sales performance tracking and reporting systems
• Initiate CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance
• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the leasing, automotive, real estate, or financial services sector
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
