FOR OUR CLIENT!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in crafting brand strategies and plans for short-term and long-term achievement of business deliverables
• Product innovation and portfolio management of local, international brands
• Analyzing available data and formulating pertinent strategies and plans to address identified issues, opportunities and/or trends
• Work collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders, global team and a network of partner agencies to deliver brand objectives
• Monitor brands budget spends and P&L

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• MBA reading or graduate
• 5+ years in brand building/brand development preferably in Alco-bev/FMCG manufacturing environment of multinational/Local companies
• Open-minded, Practical creativity, innovativeness and result oriented
• Excellent written, oratorical and presentation skills in English and Sinhala
• Proficient in creative tools and Microsoft Office suite
