EXECUTIVE - PAYROLL (KADAWATHA)

The Job:

  • We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team.
  • The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing complete payroll operations, maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting payroll-related queries at our Mawathagama Factory.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and deductions to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or CQHRM.
  • Proven experience as a payroll administrator or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
