We are currently recruiting for the following key roles:

Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of our national sales strategy and execution. This leadership role requires building and leading a high-performance sales team to ensure strong penetration in both general and modern trade channels. The position will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring efficient sales operations island-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement national sales strategies across GT and MT.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a results-driven sales force (ASMs, Executives, Reps).
  • Build distributor and agent networks across the island.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to optimize performance.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years of FMCG or personal care sales experience with proven leadership capability.
  • Deep understanding of sales territory management and distributor handling.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing activities for our mass-market and premium ranges. From brand strategy and campaign execution to promotions and digital outreach, this role calls for a versatile marketer who can balance creativity with commercial results. You will play a vital role in shaping consumer perception and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing plans for both product lines.
  • Manage ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and content teams to drive campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in brand or marketing management in FMCG/personal care sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of brand building, consumer insights, and campaign planning.
  • Experience managing agencies, media buying, and promotional budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Digital Content & Brand Presence Executive

This role focuses on driving our digital presence through creative and consistent content. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content across all platforms, supporting the brand's voice and message, and managing digital community interactions. You will also work closely with our graphic designer and marketing team to execute visually appealing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create digital content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. (You'll be provided the designers)
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager for brand-aligned digital storytelling.
  • Manage social media calendars, analytics, and community engagement.
  • Support influencer campaigns and digital advertising strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years in digital content or social media roles.
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Good aesthetic sense, creativity, and trend awareness.
  • Team player with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
