Eco Solutions Cluster is a global market leader in innovative eco-friendly retail & industrial Fibre based solutions. We seek an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the team for the following position:
Executive - Quality Assurance–(Galle / Nattandiya / Mahagama Plants)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving the Company’s existing quality procedures, specifications and standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SA8000.
- Checking quality parameters of raw and packing materials.
- Ensuring the quality inspection is being carried out effectively at each stage of the production process.
- Assuring the quality standards of the Finished Products as per the specified customer standards before shipment.
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
- Coordinating with production teams and giving immediate and accurate response to all quality related issues.
- Taking immediate corrective and preventive actions to solve all quality related issues.
- Monitoring the Quality Inspectors’ performance, train / develop and guide them to improve the quality levels within the manufacturing facility.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized University or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum hands-on work experience of 2 years in a similar platform.
- Ability to conduct training on quality and productivity for the target groups.
- Excellent communication & written skills.
- Preference will be given who are from Galle/ Kuliyapitiya/Madame or around proximity.
