• Relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to successfully manage and deliver in all customer service deliverables.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
• A qualification from a recognized university is an added advantage.
• Should be able to work the UK Business Hours. (Summer: 01.00pm - 09.30pm / Winter: 02.00pm - 10.30pm)
