We are hiring

RM Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, Strategic business unit for specialized intimate apparel manufacturer & trading unit to cater from product design to deliver solutions for Global Market.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Maintenance Department. The ideal Candidate should be energetic, team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be Self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

MECHANIC - Sewing

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity, especially in a Garment manufacturing environment.
• Certificate in Mechanical or a related field.
• Good Knowledge of sewing machinery repair / maintenance and programming of all kinds of Electronic sewing machines.

To support achieving a given production plan & adjusting machine lay-outs/ Setting up machines as per product requirements.

ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 Years work experience in Apparel Industry or similar capacity & required NVQ Level 4
• Problem solving ability of power related system.
• Knowledge of PLC System, Electronics will be an added advantage
• Preventive maintenance system & knowledge of power generator, air compressor & industrial machinery & equipment etc.
• Follows all safety precautions and procedures

Age below 45 years & Lives in Negombo or 15 to 20km distance to factory of Kadawala, Katana is an added advantage.
