HR Assistant

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROACTIVE AND ORGANIZED HR ASSISTANT TO SUPPORT OUR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT IN ENSURING SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT FACTORY OPERATIONS. THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WITH A STRONG ADMINISTRATIVE BACKGROUND AND A KEEN INTEREST IN HR PROCESSES WITHIN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of factory workers.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support in handling employee queries and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain compliance records.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures on the factory floor.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in professional HRM (DPHRM) at CIPM, or recognized institute
  • 1+ year of experience in HR or administrative support, preferably in a factory/industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (e.g., SAP, Zoho People).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
