SENIOR EXECUTIVE QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE

Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC is a well-known Sri Lankan company specializing in producing & marketing high-quality porcelain tableware. We employ skilled artisans who create a diverse range of porcelain products, such as dinner sets, tea sets, mugs, vases, and decorative items.

We invite a dedicated professional to join Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC as the Senior Executive Quality Assurance & Compliance.

The Role

Senior Executive QA & Compliance is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) of the company. And ensuring the adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies aiming to produce and market products while mitigating risks, ensuring consumer safety and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving EMS and QMS in the company
• Developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.
• Monitoring and auditing processes.
• Investigating and reporting on incidents.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Environmental Science /Physical Science.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA compliance in the manufacturing industry including risks assessments, audits, investigations and complying with ISO 14000 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead Auditor in ISO 14000 and ISO 9001.
• Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and related regulations.
• Sound analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Candidate with a passion for safeguarding the environment is preferred.
