HR ASSISTANT (MALE ONLY)

We specialize in the manufacturing of immersion water heaters, industrial heating elements, thermocouples, sensors, industrial ovens, custom machinery, and stainless steel fabrications. Beyond our core heating solutions, Mega Heaters Group has successfully diversified into hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, luxury accommodations, e-commerce, and IT-related ventures. Our continued growth includes international expansion, with a fully operational workshop and warehouse in Doha, Qatar, serving the Gulf region.

JOB PROFILE

• Support the monthly payroll process by coordinating attendance, leave and related records.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare activities.
• Handle employee queries and provide administration for management.
• Prepare HR related reports and documentation for management.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with all departments.
• Assist for HR day to day functions.
• Coordinate with team members and attend to their inquiries.
• Respond effectively and timely manner to all assignments consigned by superiors.
• Fresher's who wish to gain experience in HR field may also apply.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Certificate / Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute or university
• Minimum 1 year working experience in similar capacity
• Computer Literacy (MS Office packages with Sinhala and English typing)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Age below 30 years
• Candidate with immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate close to Kottwa / Homagama / Maharagama area is added advantage.
